You should receive your shipment 3-5 business days after you have placed your order. You will receive an email within 24 hours confirming your delivery.  We will deliver via Kate's Logos Personal Service or USPS.

Our Standard Shipping Rate varies based of subtotal of your order.

Surcharges for insurance are paid by Kate's Logos. Kate's Logos is committed to 100% customer satisfaction. Should you want to exchange your order for any reason, you may do so within 30 days of purchase by bringing item(s) that have not been worn or washed and a copy of the invoice to:

Returns and Exchanges:

We are sorry, but due to the unique nature of our items we do not allow returns only exchanges.  For sizing we can only exchange if the product has not been worn or washed within 14 days of purchase.  If item is defective we will exhange product for same or similar size. If item(s) are personalized we can not offer returns or exhanges.  Personlized items include but are not limited to: specialized apparal - personal names - personal numbers - embroidered items - and other items that we have printed for you. 


Uniforms with school logo will be exchanged if defective (same size) or if you ordered the wrong size (needs to be unwashed and not worn).
